Web Site Manager & Designer, Product and File Designer (UX/UI, React, CMS)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Site Manager & Designer to lead the development, design, and maintenance of our digital platforms. This versatile role requires expertise in web design, front-end development, and digital marketing, focusing on creating engaging user experiences and ensuring website accessibility.

A strong background in design tools, coding languages, and analytics is essential. Experience in Textile Design Seamless File Creation, Decorative Arts, and Interior Design is desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually compelling, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap and React.
  • Manage website content via CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, and Axure to optimize UX/usability.
  • Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve site navigation and ensure Web Accessibility standards are met.
  • Implement SEO best practices and utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics for data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing (Mailchimp) and social media integration.
  • Maintain website security, perform updates, and troubleshoot issues using PHP, MySQL, Node.js, and AJAX.
  • Design logos, graphics, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver).
  • Optimize websites for performance metrics (load times, responsiveness) using CSS preprocessors like SCSS or Less.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in web design & development with a portfolio showcasing responsive websites built with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React).
  • Strong graphic design background, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets.
  • Required experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices combined with analytics tools like Google Analytics 360.
  • Skilled in wireframing & prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure) for UX/UI planning.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Telerik; experience with version control systems such as Git is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct user research & usability testing.
  • Experience working on digital marketing campaigns involving email marketing platforms like Mailchimp is advantageous.
