We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Digital Marketing Producer to significantly enhance our digital presence across web platforms and video content. This role involves owning the performance, quality, and continuous evolution of our marketing websites, primarily built on WordPress. Additionally, the producer will be responsible for creating polished, engaging video content designed to communicate our value, drive conversions, and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation, testing, and ongoing optimization of all marketing websites, primarily utilizing WordPress.
  • Develop high-performing landing pages, ensuring strict alignment with campaign goals, brand standards, and established creative guidelines.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices, including A/B testing, form optimization, CTA improvements, and UX enhancements to maximize lead capture and user engagement.
  • Manage plugins, integrations, tracking scripts, and third-party tools to guarantee stability, performance, security, and accurate end-to-end data collection.
  • Translate marketing strategy, messaging, and creative direction into effective, conversion-focused page layouts.
  • Ensure all devices and browsers meet standards for responsiveness, accessibility, and compatibility while maintaining consistent high-quality design.
  • Perform routine site audits to identify and resolve issues related to broken links, outdated content, UX friction points, and overall website health.
  • Leverage analytics and performance tools (including GA4, heatmaps, Search Console) to identify actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and execute a clear video content strategy supporting brand awareness, lead generation, customer onboarding, education, and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Produce and deliver a wide range of video types, including marketing videos, product demonstrations, explainers, customer testimonials, brand narratives, and in-app content.
  • Serve as a creative partner, collaborating with the marketing team to concept video initiatives aligned with the brand voice, customer needs, and campaign/business objectives.
  • Lead all phases of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, production planning, filming direction, and asset management, ensuring cohesive messaging and high production quality.
  • Edit video content with strong attention to pacing, transitions, motion graphics, audio, and storytelling for maximum clarity and engagement.
  • Maintain a library of reusable video assets, templates, and modular elements to accelerate production speed.
  • Optimize video content distribution across digital channels (websites, YouTube, social media, email, paid ads, in-app experiences), applying platform-specific formats, metadata, captions, and best practices.
  • Analyze and report on video performance metrics (including view-through rates, engagement, conversions) and translate findings to improve future content strategy.
  • Stay current on emerging video trends, tools, and storytelling techniques to enhance creative execution and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on website production and video creation.
  • Extensive experience administering and customizing WordPress sites, including proficiency with page builders (e.g., Elementor), plugins, and theme configurations.
  • Strong working knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, for implementing and styling custom interface elements.
  • Familiarity with WordPress back-end fundamentals, including PHP templates, MySQL, and diagnosing/resolving plugin conflicts.
  • Comfortable working within web hosting environments and managing staging/production workflows.
  • Experience implementing and tracking scripts using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and custom code solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, including site speed optimization, redirects, structured data, and crawlability.
  • Proven ability to design and build high-converting landing pages and optimize user journeys.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced video production and editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of video storytelling, scripting, lighting, audio, and motion graphics.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across web and video production.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Runway, Descript, Adobe AI tools) to accelerate and enhance web development and video production workflows, including AI-assisted copy generation, wireframing, UX ideation, video editing, cleanup, scripting, captioning, and asset creation.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools responsibly to improve speed, iteration, and experimentation while maintaining brand quality.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with APIs or webhooks for connecting forms, CRM systems, and marketing automation workflows.
