Job Responsibilities

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries promptly.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and participate in online events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Measure and report on the ROI of various digital marketing channels.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest improvements for online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and communication teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with tech development departments to create marketing materials for new products and features.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
  • Stay updated with enterprise software technology trends.

Other Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience in positioning online technology products and services, and generating new leads.
  • Ability to develop technology product marketing videos and literature.
  • Experience launching online initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
  • Ability to interpret website traffic, conversion, and online visitor engagement metrics.
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and various marketing channels.
