Duties

• Design visually compelling, user-friendly websites utilizing digital design, interaction design, and motion graphics principles that captivate audiences and enhance usability.
• Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Bootstrap to ensure seamless performance across devices.
• Implement and maintain content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, optimizing website functionality and content delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine UI/UX designs, ensuring accessibility standards are met for all users.
• Integrate AI automation tools into websites to streamline workflows, including chatbots, data analysis modules, and personalized content delivery using Python or Node.js.
• Utilize web analytics platforms like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to monitor site performance, interpret data insights, and inform ongoing improvements.
• Manage website maintenance tasks including updates, security patches, SEO optimization, and technical troubleshooting to keep sites running smoothly.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling that elevates brand presence online.
• Strong background in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL/MySQL databases, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Hands-on experience with graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, Sketch or InVision for creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing methods, information architecture principles, and responsive web design best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and content management systems like WordPress or Drupal for optimizing search engine rankings.
• Experience integrating AI automation solutions such as chatbots or data analysis scripts into websites using Python or Node.js environments.
• Data analysis skills utilizing Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to track user behavior and measure digital marketing effectiveness.
