Key Responsibilities: Web & Video Production
- Own the creation, testing, and ongoing optimization of all marketing websites, primarily within WordPress.
- Develop high-performing landing pages aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Implement CRO best practices including A/B testing, form optimization, CTA improvements, and UX enhancements to increase lead capture and user engagement.
- Manage plugins, integrations, tracking scripts, and third-party tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel) to ensure stability, security, and accurate end-to-end data collection.
- Translate marketing strategy into effective, conversion-focused page layouts.
- Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and compatibility across all devices and browsers.
- Perform routine site audits to identify and resolve issues related to broken links, outdated content, and UX friction points.
- Leverage analytics and performance tools (including GA4, heatmaps, Search Console) to identify insights and provide data.
- Develop and execute a clear video content strategy supporting brand awareness, lead generation, customer onboarding, and engagement.
- Produce and deliver a wide range of video types: marketing videos, product demonstrations, explainers, customer testimonials, brand narratives, and in-app content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to concept video initiatives aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
- Lead all phases of video production including scripting, storyboarding, production planning, filming direction, and asset management.
- Edit video content with strong attention to pacing, transitions, motion graphics, audio, and storytelling for maximum clarity and engagement.
- Maintain a library of reusable video assets and templates to speed up production.
- Optimize video content distribution across digital channels (websites, YouTube, social media, email, paid ads, in-app experiences) applying platform-specific formats and metadata.
- Analyze and report on video performance metrics (view-through rates, engagement, conversions) to improve future content.
- Stay current on emerging video trends, tools, and storytelling techniques.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on website production and video creation.
- Extensive experience administering and customizing WordPress sites, including page builders (e.g., Elementor), plugins, and theme configurations.
- Strong working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Familiarity with WordPress back-end fundamentals including PHP templates, MySQL, and diagnosing plugin conflicts.
- Comfortable working within web hosting environments and staging/production workflows.
- Experience implementing and tracking scripts using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and custom code solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (speed, redirects, structured data, crawlability).
- Proven ability to design and build high-converting landing pages and optimize user journeys.
- Proficiency with web analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, or similar.
- Advanced video production and editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, scripting, lighting, audio, and motion graphics.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Descript) to accelerate and enhance web development and video production workflows, including copy generation, wireframing, UX ideation, editing, and asset creation.
- Ability to integrate AI tools responsibly while maintaining brand quality.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with APIs or webhooks for connecting forms, CRM systems, and marketing automation workflows.
