Duties

  • Monitor website performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics; analyze data to inform ongoing improvements in web strategy.
  • Oversee website maintenance activities including updates, security patches, performance optimization, and troubleshooting technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices across all digital assets.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on digital marketing campaigns such as email marketing via Mailchimp or HubSpot to maximize outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like Angular or React), PHP, SQL/MySQL databases, and version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong background in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite (including Dreamweaver), and wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Axure.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal; experience with responsive web design principles is essential.
  • Ability to perform user research, usability testing, information architecture planning, and accessibility audits effectively.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools including email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), social media integration, and web analytics tools.
