Initial focus includes improving resume keywords and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining company websites utilizing content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Support front-end development tasks using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.
- Contribute to UI/UX improvements by creating wireframes, prototypes, and layout designs with industry tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize website visibility and performance across major search engines.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to identify areas for enhancement in website accessibility and user experience.
- Collaborate on website analytics using Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools to analyze traffic data and improve engagement strategies.
- Assist in website content updates, graphic design tasks using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, and ensure consistent branding across all digital assets.
- Support ongoing website maintenance activities, including troubleshooting issues related to web accessibility, security updates, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in core web development languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks such as React or Angular is beneficial.
- Experience with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Axure.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, focusing on usability, accessibility standards (WCAG), and information architecture.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal for efficient website management.
- Data analysis skills using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to effectively interpret web traffic metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively using version control tools such as Git and project management platforms like SharePoint or Visio.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in layout design, typography, motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), and responsive web design practices.
