Quick Summary
Company Overview
MP1 Solutions pioneered the Compliance Services Organization (CSO), a new category of operating partner designed to replace fragmented vendor models in compliance programs. Built on the foundation of MedPro Disposal, the nation's largest privately-held medical waste company serving over 35,000 providers across 48 states for 15+ years, MP1 Solutions extends this operational infrastructure, vendor network, and customer trust into a leading category. We employ a technology-forward approach, actively developing AI infrastructure to make our model smarter, faster, and more scalable.
What we do: We serve as the single compliance partner for non-acute healthcare facilities, consolidating every obligation into one coordinated program. We assign a dedicated account manager for accountability and actively manage the underlying vendor ecosystem through continuous evaluation, negotiation, and optimization on the practice's behalf.
Why it matters: Regulated facilities nationwide manage compliance in a fragmented manner. We are changing this and seek individuals eager to build the future of compliance.
Our technology: We are actively building the AI infrastructure that underpins our model, automating compliance tracking, proactively identifying risks, and creating a system that improves with each client. If you are passionate about building at the intersection of compliance and technology, this is the place for you.
Our impact: Our clients benefit from coordinated, tracked, and documented obligations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. We audit costs, eliminate overcharges, and provide proof of compliance, keeping practices inspection-ready. Each client has one dedicated account manager overseeing their program end-to-end. Unlike traditional vendor relationships, our model is designed for continuous improvement, re-evaluated and optimized with every client we serve.
Position Overview:
MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions operate in a high-intent, search-driven B2B market where our web properties are a primary revenue channel. The Web Developer will own the entire technical layer of this channel, building and maintaining web properties, implementing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) changes to boost conversion rates, managing affiliate tracking integrations for qualified leads, and deploying chat and SMS tools to convert site visitors into sales conversations. This marketing-embedded developer role measures success by business outcomes: uptime, lead flow health, and conversion rate, not just clean code. The ideal candidate understands how technical decisions impact the pipeline and applies this perspective to every build and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Property Development & Maintenance
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve all MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions web properties, including comparison sites, campaign landing pages, and client-facing web tools, with a relentless focus on performance, reliability, and conversion.
- Develop and deploy landing pages in coordination with PPC and SEO specialists, ensuring technical implementation aligns with campaign objectives and tracking requirements.
- Own site performance, including page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and uptime, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect lead flow.
- Maintain clean, well-documented code and version control practices (Git) to support a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Implement CRO changes on landing pages, web forms, and key conversion surfaces, working directly from hypotheses developed in partnership with PPC and SEO Specialists.
- Deploy and manage A/B and multivariate tests on high-traffic pages using CRO tooling (e.g., VWO, Google Optimize, or equivalent); own the technical implementation from setup through results reporting.
- Use behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent) to identify user journey friction points and translate findings into testable improvements.
- Ensure all web forms are optimized for conversion (field count, validation logic, error handling, mobile UX, and post-submit flow) and that every form submission routes correctly into Salesforce and downstream systems.
Affiliate Tracking & Lead Feed Integration
- Own the full technical setup, monitoring, and maintenance of affiliate tracking integrations for MWP and BMWS lead feeds, including pixel implementation, postback URLs, UTM parameter management, and lead attribution logic.
- Monitor affiliate lead flow health daily; identify and resolve tracking discrepancies, attribution gaps, or feed failures before they result in lost revenue or partner disputes.
- Build and maintain integration infrastructure between affiliate platforms, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Salesforce to ensure clean, end-to-end lead attribution.
- Document all affiliate tracking setups with enough clarity for any team member to audit or troubleshoot the integration independently.
Chat, Live Chat & SMS Tools
- Deploy, configure, and maintain chatbot, live chat, and SMS tools across all MedPro and MP1 Solutions web properties (e.g., Intercom, Drift, Twilio, or equivalent platforms).
- Manage chatbot conversation flows in coordination with the marketing team, ensuring routing logic, lead capture, and handoff to sales function correctly at all times.
- Monitor tool performance and engagement metrics; proactively flag issues and implement improvements to maximize conversion from chat and SMS touchpoints.
Reporting & Site Health
- Deliver a clear, weekly report to the Director of Marketing covering site uptime, affiliate lead flow health, and conversion rate by page, with context and forward-looking action items.
- Maintain live dashboards in Google Looker Studio (or equivalent) providing real-time visibility into site health and conversion performance.
- Own Google Tag Manager, managing all tags, triggers, and variables across web properties to ensure accurate tracking, clean data, and compliance with privacy requirements.
Qualifications:
Required
- 3+ years of web development experience with a portfolio demonstrating real marketing outcomes: converting landing pages, functional integrations, and high-performing sites.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, capable of building and customizing web properties without relying on page builder tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and affiliate/pixel tracking implementations, including postback URLs, UTM management, and cross-platform attribution.
- Direct experience with CRO tooling (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or equivalent) for setting up, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
- Experience with behavioral analytics platforms (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent) and the ability to translate behavioral data into actionable optimization hypotheses.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, specifically web-to-lead form routing, lead field mapping, and ensuring correct form submission flow into the pipeline.
- Experience deploying and configuring chat and SMS tools (Intercom, Drift, Twilio, or similar) in a B2B context.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (n8n, Zapier, or equivalent) for connecting marketing tools and automating lead flow.
- Strong Git version control practices, including branching, pull requests, and documentation standards for a collaborative team environment.
- High proficiency with AI tools applied to web development: code generation and review, debugging assistance, copy and UX iteration, and workflow automation. AI is expected to be a standard part of the workflow.
- Excellent written English for documentation, cross-team communication, and weekly reporting.
- Must be available to overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework for complex web tool development.
- Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehouse tools for advanced reporting and attribution analysis.
- Healthcare, B2B SaaS, or regulated-industry web development background.
- Experience building or maintaining comparison sites or multi-property web ecosystems.
- Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager certifications.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $35–$50/hour, based on experience and demonstrated technical skill.
- Part-time contract role (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and required overlap with CST business hours.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact, revenue-driving web properties across MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions.
- Direct collaboration with the Director of Marketing and performance teams, with clear visibility into how your work drives conversion and pipeline.
- A fast-paced, results-oriented environment where your contributions to site performance, lead flow, and CRO are immediately measurable.
- Potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs.
- Exposure to a scaling, tech-forward organization leveraging automation, AI, and modern marketing infrastructure.
