Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visually appealing website layouts using web design best practices, including responsive web design for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Create engaging prototypes and wireframes to visualize new features or redesigns, utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Enhance website usability and accessibility by applying principles of web accessibility and interaction design, ensuring inclusivity for all users.
• Manage website content updates and maintenance using content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, ensuring content is current and accurate.
• Optimize website performance through SEO strategies, analytics tracking with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and data analysis skills to improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to develop motion graphics, visual UI/UX designs, and graphic elements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for multimedia content.
• Support front-end development tasks involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, or React to implement interactive features and improve overall user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects emphasizing visual UI/UX design and layout design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Solid understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with PHP, Python or SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal; experience with website management and website production is essential.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles to create inclusive digital experiences.
• Ability to create prototypes using tools such as Balsamiq or Axure; wireframing skills are highly valued.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience using Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions.
