Operations Manager

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations and websites through content management systems like WordPress or Drupal while ensuring web accessibility standards are met for all users
• Provide timely service in that clients' needs are met while ensuring clients are heard, seen and appreciated
• Design and develop visually appealing websites using advanced web design tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project goals
• Lead and collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional front-end code, utilizing web development languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and Python where applicable

Experience

(1 - 2 years of web design experience is preferred)

• Effective leadership skills in managing teams, organizing data, and generating leads in the customer service/sales industry
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms including Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision-making
• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive websites and interactive interfaces
• Ability to perform website maintenance tasks such as updates, troubleshooting issues with tools like Adobe Dreamweaver or SharePoint while ensuring optimal performance
