Duties

- Support website maintenance tasks including content updates, bug fixes, and performance optimization through content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Collaborate on creating wireframes, prototypes, and layouts using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to enhance user experience (UX) and interface (UI).
- Contribute to SEO strategies by analyzing web analytics data with tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to improve site visibility and usability.
- Help ensure website accessibility standards are met by applying best practices in web accessibility and interaction design.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous website improvement.
- Support digital marketing efforts by integrating email campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms and tracking campaign performance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal is preferred.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles for mobile devices and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Axure), and prototyping software (Adobe XD, Figma).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and techniques.
