Duties
- Develop engaging website layouts using wireframing tools like Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq to visualize concepts before implementation.
- Design and implement responsive web interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular, or React to ensure optimal performance across devices.
- Create compelling graphics and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Adobe XD to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with developers to translate design prototypes into functional websites using web development best practices and content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine website features, ensuring accessibility standards are met for users with disabilities.
- Optimize websites for SEO by applying best practices in layout design, typography, web accessibility, and content strategy to improve search engine rankings.
- Maintain and update existing websites through regular website maintenance tasks, including content updates, performance monitoring via Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital design, UI/UX design, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and experience with frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, and InVision for prototyping.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and information architecture to create inclusive digital experiences.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to analyze user data and inform design improvements.
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal for website maintenance and content updates.
- Ability to perform user research and data analysis skills to inform design decisions effectively.
- Understanding of web development workflows using Git version control system and familiarity with responsive web design principles.

Pay: $28.52 - $34.35 per hour
