Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic & Web Designer & Digital Media Specialist to take full ownership of our company’s online presence. This role combines hands-on web design and management, social media content coordination, and creation of internal guides/documentation, along with light QA testing and basic IT support.

You will serve as the primary web designer—not collaborating with another designer—working directly with the marketing team to enhance and maintain our websites and digital brand. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with both strong design skills and technical proficiency, experienced in WordPress, Elementor, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. Familiarity with PHP/ Laravel is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic & Website Design (Primary Focus- web & print)

  • Must adhere to a branding guide, also suggest improvements.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve company websites and landing pages.
  • Ensure all web content is up to date, visually appealing, and mobile-responsive.
  • Develop new layouts, graphics, and interactive features aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage website integrations with CRM systems, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues (forms, plugins, CMS errors, etc.).
  • Optimize sites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

Social Media & Digital Media

  • Plan, design, and publish social media posts that align with brand identity.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and visual content.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative strategies for growth.
  • Use Adobe tools and/or Canva to design graphics and promotional materials.

Documentation & “How-To” Guide Creation

  • Develop and update clear, easy-to-follow user and process guides for internal tools and systems.
  • Create visual documentation and step-by-step tutorials to support staff onboarding and operations.
  • Maintain an organized library of IT and process documentation.

IT Support (Minor Focus)

  • Provide basic technical assistance to team members (software setup, connectivity, account access).
  • Maintain and document user accounts, permissions, and app configurations.
  • Support the setup of new systems and users.
  • Coordinate with vendors or IT partners when advanced troubleshooting is needed.

Quality Assurance (QA) Testing (Minor Focus)

  • Conduct QA testing for web updates, CRM integrations, and digital tools.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs or usability issues.
  • Verify that new features or design changes function as intended prior to release.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in web design and management (WordPress, Elementor, Figma, HTML, CSS).
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of front-end development and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • General IT troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • Experience managing social media and creating marketing visuals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of QA processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat).
  • Prior experience supporting remote teams in a tech or marketing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Monthly Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱75,000 (based on experience and skill level)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)
