We are seeking a talented Marketing Automation Consultant to join our dynamic team full-time on a permanent contract at our Genk hub.

As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing automated customer journeys, campaigns, and integrations across diverse marketing technology platforms.
What We're Looking For
You have:
- Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Selligent, or Braze.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience building email templates, landing pages, customer journeys, and campaign automations.
- A strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and personalization concepts.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems.
- A "getting-things-done" mentality, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic experience with at least one backend language such as PHP, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.

- Build innovative and future-proof marketing automation solutions for enterprise clients across Europe.
- Design and implement personalized customer journeys, triggers, and automation flows.
- Develop and maintain email templates, landing pages, and dynamic content experiences.
- Work with customer data, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Integrate marketing platforms with CRM, CDP, and other business systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Challenge the status quo and continuously improve systems, processes, and campaign performance.
- Simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to colleagues and clients.
