- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including landing pages, funnels, and full marketing sites aligned with TEA branding and SEO best practices.
- Set up and connect GHL assets — funnels, forms, calendars, dashboards, and automations — to streamline the student lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.
- Integrate third-party tools, such as Stripe or Paddle for payments, ClickSend for SMS, and major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid).

- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and operations teams to deliver cohesive and visually polished digital experiences.
- Troubleshoot and enhance system performance for both CRM and websites, identifying and resolving issues in speed, reliability, or automation logic.
- Build reusable templates and assets (email sequences, page layouts, automation workflows) to accelerate new project deployments.
- Manage data hygiene and CRM integrity, ensuring contacts, opportunities, and pipelines are accurate and optimized.
- Develop custom code solutions where native integrations fall short (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or API connections).
- Document all systems and workflows through clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for easy handoff and scalability.
- Stay current with platform updates and new features within GHL, WordPress, and relevant integrations to maintain cutting-edge system efficiency.
- Assist with QA and testing for all new launches to ensure flawless execution and user experience.

- Familiarity with marketing automation, lead tracking, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways, SMS, and email systems.
- Understanding of web analytics, tag management, and ad platform pixels.
- Strong communication and documentation skills — able to explain technical systems to non-technical teammates and company clients.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- (Bonus) Experience with education technology platforms, LMS systems, or CRM-to-LMS integrations.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with LMS platforms (Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Kajabi)
- Graphic or video design for landing pages or marketing assets
