WordPress Developer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Entry-Level WordPress Developer with a minimum of one year of experience to manage and optimize our portfolio of websites. This role is crucial for building new sites based on existing designs, enhancing current platforms, and configuring the marketing technology systems essential for online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using Elementor Pro, based on provided Figma designs.
• Customize website layouts, themes, and plugins to meet specific branding and functional requirements across multiple brands.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve design, layout, and functionality issues.
• Manage website migrations, ensuring proper redirects, SEO preservation, and smooth domain transitions.
• Continuously optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and user experience (UX).
• Develop and update landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure proper tracking implementation using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Assist in setting up and organizing our CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp) for efficient lead management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ year of proven experience building and customizing WordPress websites using builders such as ElementorPro or Divi.
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience setting up marketing tracking (UTMs, conversion pixels) and analytics.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, and security practices.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage project timelines, and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills ("thinker" mindset) focused on creating a better end product.
• Familiarity with no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, HubSpot workflows) is a strong advantage.
