Role Overview

The Website Developer functions as a technical expert within a cross-functional, collaborative ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications for Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy, CareMed Specialty Pharmacy, and ConnectMed360.

This role is crucial for building and maintaining our digital presence, requiring collaboration with design and content teams to deliver functional, user-friendly, and responsive web experiences. You will interpret strategic plans, execute development, and provide recommendations for digital marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing leads, and project managers to define website requirements.
  • Build and optimize websites from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with user needs and specifications.
  • Utilize core programming languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create responsive and interactive web applications.
  • Integrate Content Management Systems (CMS) to facilitate content creation and editing by non-technical users.
  • Perform routine site audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement updates to enhance performance and security.
  • Focus on creating a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation and load times.
  • Ensure website responsiveness and optimal user experience across all devices.
  • Optimize website performance for speed and Search Engines (SEO).
  • Stay current with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Website Developer or in a related field, demonstrated by a proven portfolio showcasing strong web development skills and ability to build user-friendly sites.
  • Previous experience executing diversified social and digital marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or relevant front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, or Patient Support Services/HUB environments.
  • Working knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Python).
  • Experience utilizing a Content Management System (CMS).
