Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

The Website Developer will function as the technical expert responsible for creating and maintaining websites and web applications for Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy, CareMed Specialty Pharmacy, and ConnectMed360. This role participates in the cross-functional, collaborative eco-system between key business owners.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining our web presence, collaborating with designers and content creators to transform designs into functional, user-friendly web experiences. Responsibilities include interpreting the company’s strategic plan, executing high-quality, responsive websites, and developing digital marketing opportunities and recommendations.

Technical Execution and Development

  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing leads, and project managers to understand website requirements and functionalities.
  • Build and optimize websites from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and user needs.
  • Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create responsive and interactive web applications.
  • Integrate Content Management Systems (CMS) to allow for content creation and editing by non-technical users.
  • Perform routine site audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to enhance performance and security.
  • Focus on creating a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation and load times.
  • Ensure website responsiveness and optimal user experience across various devices.
  • Optimize website performance for speed and search engines (SEO).
  • Stay up to date on the latest web development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Website Developer or in a related field.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing strong web development skills and the ability to build user-friendly websites.
  • Previous experience with execution of diversified social and digital marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or relevant front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A passion for building high quality and visually appealing websites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, or Patient Support Services/HUB experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of back-end technologies (i.e., PHP, Python).
  • Experience with a Content Management System (CMS).
