What You’ll Do
The Website Developer serves as the technical expert responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications for Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy, CareMed Specialty Pharmacy, and ConnectMed360. This role involves participating in a cross-functional, collaborative ecosystem with key business owners.
You will be crucial in building and maintaining our overall web presence. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with designers and content creators to transform website designs into functional, user-friendly web experiences.
- Interpreting the company’s strategic plan to ensure execution of high-quality, responsive websites.
- Making digital marketing recommendations and developing new digital marketing opportunities.
How You’ll Do This
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing leads, and project managers to define website requirements and functionalities.
- Build and optimize websites from concept to completion, meeting client specifications and user needs.
- Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create responsive and interactive web applications.
- Integrate Content Management Systems (CMS) for content creation and editing by non-technical users.
- Perform routine site audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to enhance performance and security.
- Focus on creating a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation and load times.
- Ensure website responsiveness and optimal user experience across various devices.
- Optimize website performance for speed and search engines (SEO).
- Stay up to date on the latest web development trends and technologies.
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.
- 2+ years as a website developer or in a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong web development skills and the ability to build user-friendly websites.
- Previous experience executing diversified social and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or relevant front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility best practices.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- A passion for building high quality and visually appealing websites.
Preferred:
- Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, or Patient Support Services/HUB experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of back-end technologies (i.e. PHP, Python).
- Experience with a content management system is preferred.
