As we continue to scale, we are building our in-house tech capabilities and need a Senior Developer and IT Security Specialist to lead our internal development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity efforts.

About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to own our in-house tech architecture, manage web and funnel development, integrate APIs, and ensure the security of our systems and platforms. You will work closely with leadership to implement technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support client-facing systems, and maintain the integrity and security of our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Architecture: Build and maintain internal websites, funnels, and tech solutions. Develop scalable systems and implement API integrations.
• Cybersecurity & IT Security: Maintain cyber hygiene, protect against vulnerabilities, monitor systems, and resolve security incidents.
• Technical Support & Escalations: Act as the go-to expert for in-house tech escalations, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• System Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure ongoing stability, optimize existing systems, and identify opportunities for automation or improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide guidance on best practices.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain clear technical documentation and provide guidance for non-technical staff on internal tech solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack development, including web applications, funnels, and API integrations.
• Strong coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar languages).
• Hands-on experience with IT security, cyber risk management, and maintaining secure systems.
• Experience maintaining web-based platforms and technical infrastructure in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of critical systems and projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.

Desirable:

• Experience with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, or similar).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, or advanced API integrations.
• Prior experience in fast-growth SaaS or digital marketing environments.
