About the Area: Martech CRO Team

The Martech CRO team develops proprietary solutions that integrate all tools within the Growth ecosystem, ensuring assertive and data-driven communication. We operate with agility and excellence, aligned with business objectives, creating and expanding solutions that promote growth and impact the consumer journey.

Mission of the Role:

Build and evolve platforms within the Martech ecosystem, aligning with market best practices and innovations.

As a Developer, You Will:

• Develop and maintain digital products and integrations within the Martech ecosystem, ensuring robustness, scalability, performance, and innovation.
• Participate in application architecture design and development, actively contributing to technical decisions.
• Integrate with APIs of major platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and TikTok, translating business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate daily with stakeholders from other areas, presenting ideas and progress clearly and proactively.
• Support and mentor other team members, sharing knowledge and fostering mutual growth.
• Ensure code quality through practices such as code review, testing, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Full-stack Developer, emphasizing back-end development using Node, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Front-end skills with React or Flutter for projects requiring interfaces.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, and EC2) in microservices- based architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in versioning tools (Git) and code review practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for configuration and maintenance.
• Familiarity with methodologies: Scrum/Kanban.

Differentiators:

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze) and paid media (Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and TikTok Shopping).
