Duties
- Design visually captivating landing pages using digital design principles, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals
- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision to visualize user flows and interface layouts
- Create motion graphics and animations with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate to enhance visual storytelling
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content discoverability and improve search engine rankings
- Collaborate with web developers to integrate front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Bootstrap frameworks
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement of landing pages and content strategies
- Analyze web analytics data via Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other tools to measure performance and inform future content creation efforts
- Maintain website content using WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint platforms; ensure website accessibility standards are met
- Manage website maintenance tasks including updates, bug fixes, and security patches using tools like Git and Node.js
- Develop engaging email marketing campaigns utilizing Mailchimp or similar platforms to nurture leads and boost engagement
Experience
- Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for web platforms
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, and other design tools
- Solid understanding of front-end development languages including HTML, CSS (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (React, Angular), PHP, Python, SQL/MySQL databases
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Bootstrap, Node.js, Redux; experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO strategies combined with data analysis skills to interpret analytics reports for optimization purposes
- Experience in web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability testing methodologies to ensure inclusive user experiences
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into compelling content strategies that drive engagement
- Strong communication skills paired with a passion for innovation in digital marketing and content creation
