WordPress & Web Infrastructure Manager

Home Video Studio is seeking an experienced WordPress and web infrastructure professional to oversee and enhance our network of websites and associated digital systems. We manage a multi-site environment, including studio websites across the United States and our corporate website, www.myhomevideostudio.com. The successful candidate will maintain, support, and improve this system while facilitating new website launches for studio owners. This role demands a reliable, organized, and responsive individual comfortable with both ongoing maintenance and proactive development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain WordPress websites across the network
• Perform WordPress core, plugin, and PHP updates
• Troubleshoot SSL, plugin, or website functionality issues
• Provide website maintenance and security oversight
• Launch and onboard new websites
• Assist with improvements to website functionality and user experience
• Monitor and support the corporate website
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting as needed
• Work collaboratively on ongoing website improvements and future initiatives

The role involves working within a multi-site web environment comprising studio websites, supporting satellite sites for geographic search presence, and the corporate website.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate possesses experience with:

• WordPress website management and troubleshooting
• Website maintenance and updates
• SSL and hosting-related issue resolution
• Efficiently managing multiple websites
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and reliability
• Experience supporting multi-location businesses or large website networks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing WordPress sites
• Extensive knowledge of web infrastructure components, including Docker containers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and server management
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities
• Experience working within Agile teams using Jira or Trello is preferred
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and e-commerce platforms is advantageous
• Familiarity with web services integration enhances your fit for this role
