Collaborative Office Interiors is looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who can maintain and improve our website, solve technical issues, and contribute ideas that improve performance, usability, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve our WordPress website.
- Build and update pages using Elementor.
- Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure the website is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Implement technical SEO best practices.
- Integrate forms, tracking tools, APIs, and third-party platforms when needed.
- Improve website functionality, user experience, and conversion performance.
- Maintain website security, backups, and stability.
- Work closely with the marketing and SEO team on website improvements and new projects.
- Recommend plugins, tools, and development solutions when appropriate.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of WordPress development experience.
- Strong experience working with Elementor.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with custom WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of website speed and performance optimization.
- Understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-friendly development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote position.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- WooCommerce experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of schema markup.
- Experience with Cloudflare and CDN optimization.
- UI and UX knowledge.
- Experience working with B2B or commercial service websites.
