About the Role

We’re hiring a WordPress Developer who can build, customize, and optimize high-performing websites — not just assemble pages.

This role combines development, performance optimization, and problem-solving. You’ll work across landing pages, blogs, and full websites, ensuring everything is fast, secure, SEO-optimized, and conversion-ready.

What You’ll Own

WordPress Development (Core Focus)

Build and customize WordPress websites using:

  • Elementor
  • Divi
  • WPBakery

Develop and maintain child themes for scalability

Create custom templates for:

  • Landing pages
  • Blogs
  • Marketing pages

Plugin Development & Customization

Work with key plugins:

  • WooCommerce
  • Yoast SEO
  • Contact Form 7

Customize or extend plugins using PHP

Ensure compatibility across themes, plugins, and updates

Front-End Development & UX

Convert designs from:

  • Figma
  • Sketch
  • Adobe XD

Build pixel-perfect, responsive layouts

Ensure:

  • Cross-browser compatibility
  • Mobile optimization
  • Accessibility (WCAG standards)

Performance Optimization (Critical)

Improve site speed using:

  • Caching
  • Minification
  • Lazy loading
  • CDN integration

Run audits using:

  • Google Lighthouse

Optimize Core Web Vitals for SEO + UX

Security & Maintenance

Manage updates (WordPress core, plugins, themes)

Implement security using:
