About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Designer / Front-End Developer to join our team. This position starts part-time (20–25 hours per week) with a clear path to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build custom, high-converting WordPress websites using Elementor Pro
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages
- Utilize advanced Elementor Pro features:
- Theme Builder (Headers, Footers, Single & Archive Templates)
- Popup Builder & advanced logic
- Dynamic Content & Custom Fields
- Motion Effects, Scroll Effects, and animations
- Form Builder with conditional logic
- Global Widgets and Custom CSS
- Write clean CSS and implement React components when needed
- Implement Schema markup and technical SEO optimizations
- Manage DNS, domains, and basic hosting configurations
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and conversions
- Design and develop engaging WordPress themes and custom plugins to meet project specifications.
- Transform wireframes and mockups into fully functional, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine user flows and ensure intuitive navigation across all devices.
- Manage version control and deployment processes using GitHub, SVN, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines within cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services to connect front-end interfaces with back-end systems built on PHP, Django, ASP.NET, or Node.js.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional WordPress & Elementor Pro experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality Elementor websites (required)
- Advanced mastery of Elementor Pro
- Excellent Figma to WordPress conversion skills
- Strong CSS, responsive design, and mobile-first expertise
- Experience with React (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of Schema markup, technical SEO, and performance optimization
- Experience with DNS management and hosting environments
- Strong attention to detail and modern design sensibility
