We are seeking a Web Development Intern to join our team for an 8-week internship. This role involves the creation, development, and ongoing management of our websites, focusing on performance, security, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create websites using WordPress and Shopify.
- Market the full range of products on our websites.
- Integrate new products.
- Write product descriptions and upload product photos.
- Respond to customer inquiries via the web.
- Participate in social media engagement.
- Design attractive and functional user interfaces.
- Manage the integration of content management systems.
- Implement natural search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Manage bugs and security vulnerabilities.
This is a remote position with a 2-month duration.
Candidate Profile
- Autonomous, creative, proactive, and curious.
- Ready to take on responsibilities and initiatives.
- Enthusiastic and proactive.
- Organized.
- Good knowledge of programming languages: PHP, Python, MySQL (or other databases), HTML, CSS, Javascript, and WordPress.
