We are expanding our digital infrastructure, customer experience, automation systems, and online presence across multiple brands and websites.
We are seeking an experienced developer to build, maintain, optimize, and scale our diverse websites and digital systems. This role involves close collaboration with leadership, marketing, operations, and external vendors. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on ownership, quick problem-solving, and developing systems that directly contribute to company growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize multiple company websites.
- Improve website speed, performance, SEO structure, and mobile responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, integrations, and hosting/server problems.
- Build and maintain landing pages, forms, and customer portals.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on new functionality and campaigns.
- Assist with integrations between websites, CRM systems, NetSuite, Zapier, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Manage website security, uptime, backups, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with external agencies and developers as needed.
- Implement conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Recommend and execute improvements to overall web infrastructure.
Preferred Experience
- 4+ years of web development experience.
- Strong experience with WordPress.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Experience with hosting environments, DNS, Cloudflare, cPanel, or VPS hosting.
- Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting technical website issues independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
- React or modern frontend frameworks.
- Shopify or eCommerce experience.
- NetSuite integration experience.
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager.
- UI/UX design understanding.
- Experience with B2B or construction/manufacturing companies.
