Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Website Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that meet client specifications and enhance user experience. Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, and Node.js.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, and InVision to visualize concepts effectively.
• Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure optimal performance across all devices.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience (UX).
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) using best practices in content management systems like WordPress and Drupal.
• Maintain and update existing websites through content management systems such as SharePoint and other CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end designs with back-end systems using PHP, Python, SQL, MySQL, or VHDL where applicable.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, and Flash for graphic design and multimedia content creation.
• Conduct website maintenance tasks, ensuring security updates and functionality enhancements are implemented efficiently.
• Analyze website data using Google Analytics and data analysis skills to inform ongoing optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design projects.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (including AJAX/Redux), and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with content management systems including WordPress and Drupal.
• Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver, and Figma.
• Knowledge of UX principles, information architecture optimization, wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Axure), and usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with responsive web design techniques, ensuring compatibility across various devices.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for website optimization.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or Telerik is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
