Quick Summary
Seeking a Part-Time, Remote expert combining Art Direction, Graphic Design, and Full-Stack Web Development (5-20 hours/week). This role focuses on building, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-level, revenue-generating websites, requiring mandatory expertise in WordPress CMS, DIVI themes, Woocommerce, LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, mySQL, PHP), strong CSS/HTML, and advanced SEO/SEM strategies. Candidates must demonstrate strong quantitative skills and submit a portfolio of 5 relevant sites plus a diagnostic audit of the company's website.
Duties
- Creative and Art Direction
- Website graphic design
- Front-end UX/UI design for websites
- Website construction and deployment
- Optimize website performance for Organic, Referral, PPC traffic, and Conversions
Requirements
- Must have Art Direction experience combining design and technology expertise.
- Experience with Enterprise-level, Revenue Generating, or Lead Generation business websites (excluding MarCom sites).
- Functional and Technical Web Marketing expertise.
- Experience with Content Development and Graphic Design.
- Must have experience with WordPress CMS and DIVI themes.
- Must have experience with Woocommerce.
- Experience with Domain Site Migration planning.
- Must have web design experience (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Expertise in Front-end UX/UI design and wireframing.
- Web design performance testing experience.
- Experience with A/B testing and animated elements design.
- Must have strong CSS and HTML experience (including different HTML versions and tools like Dreamweaver).
- Proficiency in JQuery and JavaScript.
- Must have experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, mySQL, PHP).
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility differences.
- Performance Testing skills.
- Strong experience with SEO and SEM.
- Experience utilizing metadata and meta-titles to optimize websites for Organic Search, with demonstrated results in increasing site rankings and search traffic.
- Experience in coding websites specifically for Organic Search optimization.
- Experience with Conversion optimization and Backlinks strategies.
- Experience with Website metric Analysis & Reporting tools.
- Must have Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills, capable of translating data sources into actionable initiatives.
