44i Digital is a growth-focused digital marketing and automation agency helping businesses scale through high-performance websites, CRM systems, and marketing technology. We specialize in building revenue-driving digital platforms for our clients.
We’re seeking a skilled Web Developer who can independently manage projects, contribute to technical strategy, and help manage workflow pipelines while assisting our development team in all areas as necessary.
As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in developing, and optimizing websites, landing pages, and automation-integrated platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and operations to deliver scalable, high-conversion solutions.
This role is ideal for a developer ready to move beyond entry-level work and take ownership of technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites
- Build custom landing pages, funnels, and client portals
- Implement CRM, API, and automation integrations
- Optimize sites for speed, SEO, and conversion performance
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deployments
- Collaborate with designers and strategists on architecture
- Maintain documentation and technical standards
- Support ongoing website security and updates
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong proficiency in:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- PHP & MySQL
- Linux Apache Environments
- Domain/DNS Management
- Experience with Git-based workflows
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Experience with performance optimization and debugging
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with:
- CentOS, AlmaLinux
- Wordpress, Laravel, Shopify
- CRM and automation tools (HighLevel, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.)
- REST APIs and webhook integrations
- Cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.)
- Basic DevOps or CI/CD exposure
- AI Integrated Systems Experience
