Web Designer

Design and develop conversion-oriented websites and landing pages, combining visual design, user experience, and front-end programming. This role involves transforming creative briefs into functional, responsive, and optimized web pages that align with client business objectives.

We seek a skilled professional capable of developing pages using custom code, performing technical adjustments, and resolving layout, functionality, and performance issues, rather than relying solely on visual builders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.
• Layout pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Create custom components and sections through coding.
• Work with designs provided in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Adapt designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices (responsive design).
• Implement contact forms and calls to action.
• Integrate interactive elements such as WhatsApp buttons, forms, maps, videos, and sliders.
• Perform speed and performance optimizations.
• Implement necessary tags, events, and tracking codes for marketing campaigns.
• Create and modify WordPress sites as required.
• Customize WordPress themes, templates, and components using code.
• Make modifications to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
• Resolve visual and functional errors on existing websites.
• Adjust domains, hosting, and basic configurations for site publication.
• Ensure pages function correctly across different browsers and devices.
• Apply best practices for technical SEO and HTML structure.
• Maintain organized and documented project code.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing strategists, account managers, and Google Ads/Meta Ads specialists.

Technical Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience developing landing pages.
• Proficiency in HTML5.
• Proficiency in CSS3.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Expertise in responsive design.
• Experience working with hosting and domains.
• Ability to develop pages without complete reliance on Elementor or other visual builders.
• Experience implementing forms and conversion elements.
• Ability to identify and correct code errors.

Desirable:

• Git/GitHub proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of technical SEO.
• WordPress development experience.
• PHP knowledge.
• Bootstrap framework experience.
• Figma proficiency.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Google Tag Manager.

Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
