Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm - Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm
Are you passionate about Backend development and enterprise application integration? At BlissIT, we are looking for a Web Application Integration Specialist to participate in a strategic integration project, developing scalable solutions through APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional and technical requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between applications.
- Develop REST APIs and SOAP services.
- Build solutions using Middleware platforms.
- Implement ETL processes when required.
- Integrate Cloud and On-Premise applications.
- Implement security mechanisms for APIs.
- Monitor and optimize services in production.
- Participate in deployments to QA and Production.
- Document APIs and interfaces.
- Coordinate testing with users and business areas.
Essential Experience
- +4 years in Backend Development.
- +4 years in Application Integration.
- +3 years developing with Java.
- +4 years using SQL Server.
- +3 years in Middleware Platforms.
- +3 years developing REST APIs.
- +3 years developing SOAP Services.
- +3 years using Git.
- +2 years working with Microservices.
- +2 years in Azure and/or AWS.
- +2 years in Linux environments.
Technical Knowledge
- Languages: Java 8, 11, and 17, Python, NodeJS, PHP, C#.
- Frameworks: Spring Boot, Apache Camel, JBoss.
- Middleware and Integration: Red Hat Fuse, Talend, SAP PI/PO, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
- Messaging: ActiveMQ, IBM MQ.
- Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle (desirable), NoSQL, Amazon RDS.
- Services and Architecture: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SOA, Microservices.
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, Linux Terminal.
- Tools: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Postman, AWS CodeCommit, Red Hat CodeReady IDE.
- Methodologies: Scrum, PMI, Waterfall, Prototyping.
- Security: OAuth2, JWT, API Keys.
- Language: Basic-intermediate technical English.
- Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field.
- Desirable Certifications: Scrum Master, Scrum Fundamentals, Java Developer, Spring Professional, Red Hat Fuse, Talend, API Design, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Azure Fundamentals.
Modality
Work from Home only within the republic, candidates from other countries are not accepted.
Availability for occasional travel.
