Inleed is a Swedish web hosting and internet provider with thousands of customers, a small tight team, and big ambitions. We need reinforcement - someone who likes to troubleshoot, solve problems, and is not afraid of the terminal.
What you do
You work primarily with second-line support: troubleshooting Linux servers, web servers, system migrations, backup systems, mail queues, and monitoring. When necessary, you jump into first-line support. It is a plus if you have knowledge of networks and infrastructure - and preferably an interest in hardware.
Who you are
- Sysadmin level on Linux - you are at home in the terminal
- Experience with server troubleshooting (web servers, databases, mail)
- Speak and write fluent Swedish
- Curious - want to learn more
Bonus if you also have
- Basic knowledge of networking: routing, switching, VLAN
- Experience with KVM (virtualization)
- Scripting skills (Bash/Python)
- Experience with Claude Code/Codex to quickly create PoC
Experience from hosting or a similar operational environment. You know what a DNS zone is, can troubleshoot WordPress, handle mail problems (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, blacklisting), and are comfortable with SSL certificates, Apache/LiteSpeed, and PHP configuration.
