100% remote - full-time. Inleed is a Swedish web hosting and internet provider serving thousands of customers with a small, dedicated team and ambitious goals. We are looking for a reinforcement – someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and is comfortable with the terminal.
What you do
You will primarily focus on second-line support, which includes troubleshooting Linux servers, web servers, system migrations, backup systems, mail queues, and monitoring. You will also provide first-line support as needed. Knowledge of networks and infrastructure is a plus, as is an interest in hardware.
Who you are
- Sysadmin-level Linux proficiency – you are at home in the terminal.
- Experience with server troubleshooting (web servers, databases, mail).
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish.
- Curious and eager to learn more.
Bonus if you also have:
- Basic knowledge of networking: routing, switching, VLAN.
- Experience with KVM (virtualization).
- Scripting skills (Bash/Python).
- Experience with Claude Code/Codex for quickly creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Experience from a hosting or similar operations environment. You understand DNS zones, can troubleshoot WordPress, handle mail problems (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, blacklisting), and are comfortable with SSL certificates, Apache/LiteSpeed, and PHP configuration.
