What You’ll Be Doing
- Build end-to-end features from scratch alongside a team of developers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers in an agile environment to launch features and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Leverage full stack development expertise to support both frontend and backend needs.
- Actively participate in all Scrum rituals (planning, backlog grooming, sprint review, retrospectives, and daily standups).
- Contribute to the strategic transition of our application toward a service-based architecture.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality software, proactively identifying and resolving bugs.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Foundational full stack development experience, including both backend and frontend web application development.
- Strong collaborative skills focused on achieving common team goals.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach ("get it done" attitude).
- Desire and ability to learn and grow within a senior team environment.
- Familiarity with key technologies: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python, DevOps practices, OpenSearch, and testing frameworks.
- Exposure to integrating AI-assisted or LLM-powered features into applications.
- Experience in the following is a plus: MySQL, PHP, React, and REST APIs.

Our team members ("Loopers") are located across Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), London, and India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).
For employees based in Ontario (ON) and British Columbia (BC), remote work is typically within a 300km radius of Toronto (ON) and Vancouver (BC), respectively. Flexible co-working locations are available in Downtown Toronto (near Union Station) and central Vancouver for ON and BC Loopers.
You will collaborate virtually across North America, the UK, and India, utilizing core sync hours and asynchronous collaboration to function effectively as a global #OneTeam.
