We are seeking an experienced Shopware Project Manager to join our team. This role involves structuring and managing complex e-commerce projects, providing professional client support, and efficiently coordinating internal teams.
Your Tasks
- Independently manage Shopware projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Act as the interface between clients, development, design, and marketing teams.
- Create project plans, roadmaps, and prioritize tasks.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tickets.
- Ensure quality control and smooth project execution.
- Moderate client meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions.
- Handle risk and escalation management.
- Support the optimization of internal processes and standards.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in e-commerce project management.
- Excellent knowledge of Shopware 6.
- Understanding of APIs, plugins, ERP/PIM integrations, and modern commerce architectures.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
