E-commerce SEO Developer / Programmer

A rapidly growing company in the e-commerce sector is seeking a Developer / Programmer experienced in SEO to join their team. This is an in-office position; NO FREELANCER OR REMOTE WORK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize e-commerce websites (preferably Magento).
• Implement technical SEO strategies, focusing on structure optimization, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Analyze and resolve website indexing issues.
• Optimize code, HTML tags, schema markup, sitemaps, and robots.txt configurations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance organic search ranking for company brands.
• Monitor performance and analyze data using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and other SEO platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience in technical SEO implementation.
• Preferred experience working with Magento or other major e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to solve problems independently and propose effective improvements.
• Familiarity with essential SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, GSC).
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Location:

• Location: Full-time, in-office work based in Capannori (Lucca).
• Contract Type: Full-time employment.
• Salary Range: €1,200.00 - €2,200.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
