The Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage and expand our international team, which includes members across the US, Central America, Europe, and Asia.
As a competitive agency, we require exceptional talent to build superior products for our clients. Your primary focus will be establishing talent relationships in Argentina and the US to staff our development team, alongside researching optimal expansion areas for our UX/UI, QA, and Marketing teams.
Core Recruiting Skills
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years specifically focused on technical and design recruiting.
- Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese strongly preferred.
- Availability during 9am–5pm EST with reliable workspace and internet access.
- REQUIRED: Experience recruiting for digital agencies, consultancies, or product studios.
- REQUIRED: Previous recruiting experience at technology consulting firms, staff augmentation companies, or similar agencies.
- Proven track record recruiting and vetting candidates across diverse technology stacks and design disciplines.
- Deep understanding of technical and design roles: Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, Mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, UX/UI, and Product Design.
- Ability to differentiate between programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, Go, PHP, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, Flask, Spring, .NET, Laravel).
- Experience with proactive sourcing, headhunting, and competitive talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong technical vetting capabilities, including the ability to conduct initial technical screenings and assess coding competency.
- Familiarity with modern development tools, cloud platforms, and design software.
Specialized Technical & Design Recruiting
- Experience recruiting for project-based consulting engagements (3–12 month contracts).
- Advanced technical vetting skills: assessing coding ability, system design thinking, and technical problem-solving.
- Experience conducting technical phone screens and evaluating coding samples prior to formal technical interviews.
- Understanding of design principles and ability to evaluate UX/UI portfolios.
- Experience with "always-on" recruiting and continuous talent pipeline building.
- Ability to evaluate technical portfolios, GitHub repositories, and Dribble/Behance profiles.
- Understanding of consulting dynamics and rapid project-based team assembly.
- Experience with rapid team deployment (assembling teams within 1–2 weeks).
- Familiarity with coding assessment platforms and technical evaluation methodologies.
Market & Cultural Expertise
- Deep knowledge of the Argentina and Chile talent markets (PRIMARY FOCUS).
- Secondary knowledge of broader LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Brazil).
- Understanding of remote work regulations and contractor requirements across LATAM.
- Experience building diverse technical teams within consulting/agency environments.
- Cultural competency for working with international remote teams across Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Strong professional networks within technical and design communities in Argentina and Chile.
- Ability to conduct technical interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish.
Service-Specific Recruiting Experience
- Experience recruiting for staff augmentation models (integrating individual contractors into client teams).
- Proven track record assembling project-based product teams for 3, 6, and 12-month consulting engagements.
- Understanding of consultancy dynamics: selecting optimal talent based on business use cases rather than predefined tech stacks.
- Experience with "talent pipeline management" and maintaining warm relationships with candidates across all specialties.
- Knowledge of rapid team assembly and deployment for diverse project requirements.
- Experience recruiting both technical talent (developers, engineers) AND design talent (UX/UI, product designers).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for digital agencies, consultancies, or product studios.
- Previous recruiting experience at technology consulting firms.
- Technical or design background enabling deeper candidate assessment and vetting.
- Experience with employer branding and talent community building.
- Strong personal networks within LATAM tech/design communities.

Benefits/Compensation
- Completely remote work.
- Contract-based employment (Full-time).
- Compensation: $3000–$3500, depending on experience and performance.
