Job Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems, leading technical decisions, and working closely with product and business teams to deliver high-quality software. Ideal for engineers with system architecture capabilities who wish to lead technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend applications (PHP / JavaScript / TypeScript)
- Design highly scalable and stable system architectures
- Responsible for database design and performance optimization
- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices
- Optimize system performance (queries, caching, etc.)
- Collaborate with DevOps for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical decision-making
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Proficient in PHP and JavaScript / TypeScript
- Familiar with Laravel / Nest.js / Vue 3
- Experience in system architecture and API design
- Familiar with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and basic DevOps workflows
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- AWS cloud services experience
- Experience with Redis caching or message queues (Kafka, etc.)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Experience using AI development tools (such as Copilot, etc.)
