- Experience with Agile methodologies, generating metrics, and ensuring delivery traceability.
- Essential ability to create executive materials and presentations.
- Ability to technically evaluate market solutions.

Technical Stack Requirements:
- Frontend: Expertise in React (hooks, context/state), TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with testing (Jest/RTL), accessibility, performance optimization, and bundlers (Vite/Webpack).
- Backend: Proficiency in PHP (7/8+ Laravel/CodeIgniter) and Java (8+ Spring/Spring Boot). Deep knowledge of design patterns, advanced OOP, RESTful APIs, security (OAuth2/JWT), and testing (PHPUnit/JUnit).
- Architecture & Integration: Data modeling (SQL/NoSQL), schema versioning/migrations, events/queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and B2B/B2C integrations.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI), containers (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform desirable).
- Cloud: Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including managed services (compute, storage, DB, API Gateway) and observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
- Collaboration: Proficient with Jira/Confluence, Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), and pair programming.
- Knowledge of Identity Provider Ping is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Java and PHP, with practical experience in Python and JavaScript for fullstack development.
Key Responsibilities:

- Advocate for strategic roadmaps and ongoing demands across various organizational levels.
- Represent architecture within internal/external squads, ensuring solution alignment with corporate evolution strategy.
- Collaborate with other architecture teams (Solutions, Technologies, Specialists) to ensure a synergistic vision.
- Facilitate collaborative work with developers and corporate architects.
- Adhere to organizational directives set by the Global IT Architecture team.
- Promote the study and implementation of data, application, and technology architecture patterns.
- Manage relationships with various national and international technology suppliers and providers.
- Directly analyze and develop technical solutions using modern programming languages.
- Drive process automation and system integration using modern tools and frameworks.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and enforce coding standards.
- Define and implement solutions prioritizing security, scalability, and performance.
