Senior Full-Stack Web Developer

We operate a growing portfolio of content and review websites in the online entertainment and gaming affiliate space. We're expanding our technical team and looking for a senior full-stack developer who can build, maintain, and scale a multi-site network. This role combines hands-on development with technical SEO and infrastructure management across multiple domains.

You'll work directly with the manager in a flat, async-friendly environment with clear deliverables and full autonomy over your technical decisions.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain WordPress-based review and content sites, including custom themes, child themes, and plugins
• Develop lightweight PHP-based landing pages and microsites outside of any CMS where performance is critical
• Manage a portfolio of domains across multiple hosting environments, ensuring clean separation and consistent performance
• Configure and optimize Cloudflare and other CDN layers — including DNS, page rules, cache rules, WAF, and Workers
• Implement advanced technical SEO: schema markup (FAQ, Review, Organization, Breadcrumb), canonical tags, hreflang, XML sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals optimization
• Build server-side redirect and tracking systems for affiliate link management
• Develop custom traffic routing and audience segmentation logic based on user agent, geolocation, and referrer
• Set up monitoring and alerting for uptime, broken links, and indexing health across the network
• Maintain Linux-based VPS environments (Nginx/Apache, PHP-FPM, SSL, cron jobs)
• Collaborate on SEO strategy and translate ranking goals into technical implementation

Required skills

WordPress (expert level)

• Custom theme and child theme development
• Plugin development in PHP
• Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, and modern page builders
• Schema markup implementation via Yoast, Rank Math, or hand-written JSON-LD
• Performance optimization, caching, and database management
• Comfortable working without plugins when a custom solution is better

PHP (strong)

• Modern PHP 7.4+ / 8.x
• Comfortable reading and maintaining legacy PHP codebases
• Hand-coded templating without frameworks
• Session handling, cron jobs, background workers, and server-side request logic
• Strong understanding of security best practices (input validation, escaping, SQL injection prevention)

CDN and infrastructure

• Cloudflare: DNS, page rules, cache rules, WAF, Workers, Transform Rules, Origin Rules
• Experience protecting origin servers and managing DNS across multiple domains
• Additional CDN experience a plus (BunnyCDN, Fastly, Sucuri)
• Linux server administration: Nginx or Apache, PHP-FPM, SSL/Let's Encrypt, cron
• VPS and managed hosting experience (cPanel, Plesk, bare SSH)

Multi-site network management

• Experience managing networks of related websites across multiple domains
• Understanding of hosting diversification, DNS management, and analytics isolation across properties
• Template and content diversification strategies for portfolio sites
• Awareness of Google's guidelines around link networks and how to maintain compliant portfolios

Traffic routing and audience segmentation

• Server-side user agent, IP, and geolocation-based content delivery
• Bot detection and verification (reverse DNS, ASN lookups)
• Experience maintaining crawler IP lists and managing how different audiences interact with your sites
• Familiarity with JavaScript-based and SPA-based routing architectures

Technical SEO

• On-page: schema, meta tags, internal linking, heading hierarchy, canonical tags
• Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, mobile-first optimization
• Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools diagnostics
• Log file analysis for crawl patterns
• Link management, anchor text distribution, and internal linking strategy

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming, sports betting, or casino affiliate vertical
• Multilingual site experience (Turkish, Russian, or other non-English markets a plus)
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking systems, postback URLs, and sub-ID management
• React, Vite, or modern JS framework experience for SPA-based templates
• Experience with headless WordPress or decoupled architectures
• Automation and provisioning tools: Ansible, Terraform, or shell scripting
• Familiarity with SEO tooling APIs (Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic)
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, GTM, and server-side tracking
