About the Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our high-performing engineering team. This role is crucial for the full lifecycle of our web applications, spanning initial design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You will contribute across both front-end and back-end systems, leveraging a deep understanding of modern web technologies to build scalable, high-quality products.

This position is heavily focused on the backend—specifically data flows, API development, system integrations, and performance optimization at scale—though opportunities for full-stack work will arise. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications using a core tech stack including TypeScript, React, Node.js, PHP, and WordPress.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and drive product innovation.
• Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end architectures, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.
• Manage the deployment and scaling of services on platforms such as Render.io, ensuring high reliability and stability.
• Develop and maintain critical tracking and analytics features, including conversion and event tracking, to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee custom WordPress development, ensuring sites are secure, scalable, and easily maintainable.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs across the entire application stack.
• Architect and write clean, well-documented, and highly scalable code, adhering strictly to industry best practices.
• Lead improvements in development processes and the codebase, including mentoring junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, emphasizing a strong backend focus.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API design.
• Comfortable with advanced database design and performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Render.io, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Proven experience working with the Google Ads API.
• Proven experience working with the Bing Ads API.
• Proven experience working with the Meta API.
• Deep understanding of conversion and event tracking methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality code standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Git workflows and collaborative coding practices.
• A consistent habit of writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with ad tech/marketing tech integrations (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Segment).
• Strong PHP and custom WordPress development skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
