- Ability to deliver at high scale (weekly pages and applications).
- Experience in web server management and infrastructure.

- Experience with Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop to understand prototypes and collaborate with design/UX.

- Kickoff (30 min): Project presentation, schedule, and responsibilities.
- Weekly Work Plan (PTS) (30 min every Friday): Alignment of the next week's work plan.
- Daily (15 min): Quick progress monitoring.
