Key Responsibilities: How We Work

Communication and Alignment
Transparency is a core value. We prioritize over-communication to ensure everything flows smoothly and objectives are met. Communication is mandatory.
We maintain two simple rituals:
- Check-in (Daily): Review what was completed yesterday, outline today's plan, and identify any blockers.
- Check-out: A brief summary or update of the day's deliverables, serving as a handover for continued team alignment.
All progress must be consistently updated in ClickUp, our central control panel.
Meetings
We hold only three types of objective, purposeful meetings:
- Kickoff (30 min): Project presentation, schedule, and responsibilities.
- Weekly Work Plan (PTS) (30 min every Friday): Alignment on the work plan for the upcoming week.
- Daily (15 min daily): Quick progress monitoring.
Our natural execution and monitoring cycle is: Kickoff (macro) -> Weekly Work Plan (PTS) -> Daily (daily).
Required Skills & Experience: Mandatory Requirements
- Solid Frontend Experience: React.js, React Router, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
- Solid Backend Experience: PHP with Laravel Framework.
- MySQL (modeling, queries, and maintenance).
- Experience with Nginx (configuration and optimization).
- Knowledge of Node.js and Python (for automations and integrations).
- Ability to deliver at high scale (weekly pages and applications).
- Experience in web server management and infrastructure.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop for understanding prototypes and collaborating with Design/UX teams.
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in web applications.
- Previous experience building scalable web applications.
Compensation & Work Details
- Contract Type: PJ (Independent Contractor/Consultant)
- Initial Compensation: R$ 10,000.00 fixed monthly
- Work Schedule: Totally flexible schedule, 100% remote with autonomy.
