We are seeking a developer passionate about innovative project management, eager to share expertise with our team. A strong passion for Front-End and/or Back-End web application development is essential.

Then your mission will include:
- Developing and maintaining secure, performant, tested, and easily maintainable functionalities for the development team;
- Generating high-quality code;
- Organizing and participating in code review sessions;
- Contributing to development projects with rigorous task tracking and deadline adherence;
- Enhancing knowledge sharing through documentation, technical guides, and training materials;
- Advising team members on best development and quality assurance practices, continuously improving standards, and ensuring their compliance during code reviews;
- Participating in production meetings;
- Following up on projects with project managers.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced programming skills in JavaScript, Go, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, and other relevant languages.
- Strong knowledge of databases, testing methodologies, software architecture, and code security.
- Demonstrated rigor and precision in coding practices.
- Keen interest in new technologies.
- Excellent listening and communication skills in both French and English.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a developer specializing in Front-End and/or Back-End development, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio.
- Experience with Git for code management.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience with Node.JS, Docker, and/or Kubernetes.
- Autonomous, persevering, rigorous, and motivated.
- Bilingual (French/English).
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
- A positive change agent actively participating in new initiatives.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Work schedule: 8 Hours, Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor's degree (Desired) OR equivalent work experience with references
Compensation: $76,463.76 to $105,837.75 per year
