Solid Frontend Experience:

Communication and Alignment Rituals
We maintain two simple rituals:
- Check-in (Daily): What you did yesterday, what you will do today, and if anything is blocking you.
- Check-out: A brief summary or update of what was delivered during the day. This serves as a handover for the team to stay aligned.
All updates must be maintained in ClickUp, our central control panel.
Meetings
We hold only three types of objective, purposeful meetings:
- Kickoff (30 min): Project presentation, timeline, and responsibilities.
- Weekly Work Plan (PTS) (30 min every Friday): Alignment on the work plan for the upcoming week.
- Daily (15 min daily): Quick progress monitoring.
This cycle (Kickoff, Weekly Work Plan, Daily) is our natural execution and monitoring flow.

Salary Range: R$ 8,000.00 to R$ 10,000.00 fixed monthly + Career Plan
