Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for process optimization by implementing digitalization technologies and intelligent resources across the value chain, focusing on quality improvement and cost reduction.
- Propose new technological solutions, including applications, dashboards, and AI tools.
- Lead meetings for defining and managing digital transformation projects.
- Source and develop new Information Technology suppliers to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Train and support users on new systems and projects, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement.
- Analyze system behavior during implementation, identifying and resolving issues that may impact results.
- Act proactively and sustainably, minimizing environmental impacts and risks, and practicing active care.
- Commit to the company's environmental, health, and safety policy, ensuring compliance with SIG Group standards.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules, ensuring safe production and correct execution of quality procedures according to SIG Group standards.
Skills, Experience, and Education
- Education: Completed higher education in Software Engineering, Computing or Electronics, Computer Science or Data Science, Information Technology, or Systems Analysis and Development.
- Experience: Over 5 years of professional experience in automation and digital transformation roles.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power Platform and JS. Desired skills include C++, Python, and PHP.
- Automation: Intermediate knowledge of Siemens Automation Systems.
