Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)
Fusion Technology, a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business, provides comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community. We are seeking a highly experienced, security-cleared Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team.
Required Qualifications
This role requires a professional who meets the following criteria:
- Security Clearance: Must possess an active DOD Secret Security Clearance.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field combined with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Technical Expertise
Candidates must demonstrate strong experience across the following technologies:
- Linux Administration: Expertise with CentOS7, RedHat 8 & 9, including SeLinux troubleshooting and policy creation. Proficient in Shell Scripting (Bash/Python).
- PostgreSQL: Experience with Installation and Configuration of Postgresql 15+, etcd, and Patroni. Strong SQL knowledge and database structure understanding.
- RedHat Satellite Server: Installation and Configuration experience to support four distinct environments and client machine configuration.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitBucket for managing various code repositories and change control.
- Monitoring: Experience with Nagios, including Installation/Configuration, Grafana, and InfluxDB.
- Automation (Ansible): Creation, debugging, and running Ansible Playbooks for various tasks, including creating EC2 instances and deploying COTS/GOTS software.
- AWS Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with EC2, S3, EBS, Load Balancers (Network and Application), Security Groups, and Networking.
Additional Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with the following is required:
- Apache HTTP, PHP, LDAP, SAML/OpenID, OAUTH.
- Ping/ForgeRock Access Manager, Identity Gateway.
- Java/SpringBoot, Oracle Unified Messaging Suite, Apache Guacamole.
- OpenSCAP, and applying DISA STIG to RedHat and other applications.
