Workana is seeking a Fullstack Developer with Python/Django expertise to join the development team of a client operating a compliance SaaS platform. This is an indefinite position.

The SaaS solution collects, validates, and manages information for companies receiving regulated services, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the platform's takeover and evolution, focusing on ensuring technological independence and consolidating in-house development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and evolution of the SaaS platform.
• Develop new functionalities with a focus on speed and quality.
• Integrate and optimize the backend using Python/Django + MySQL.
• Participate in frontend development using Vue.js, Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement improvements related to subcontracting and compliance regulations in Mexico.
• Ensure system security and reliability.

Key Requirements

• Solid experience in Python/Django (60% backend focus).
• Advanced knowledge of MySQL.
• Experience in frontend development with Vue.js and Bootstrap (40% focus).
• Knowledge of ISO27001 and AES-256-CTR encryption.
• Autonomous, fast-paced profile demonstrating high ownership.

Desirable Skills

• PHP and experience with SaaS environments.
• Experience with compliance/REPSE processes in Mexico.

Benefits

• Long-term project (12 months, with possibility of extension).
